We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation in order to receive a refund before the scheduled lesson. If the notice is not provided, the lesson will be considered as taken. All sales are final, except for 7-lesson and 5-lesson packages, where you will receive a $100 refund regardless of how many lessons are remaining.
